The 24th edition of the International Fair of Lighting Equipment is over.

Has the negative rating for Poland, announced recently by Standard & Poor’s, been known a bit earier to some potential exhibitors and influenced their decisions about the participation in this year’s edition of Light fair? Warsaw – Light Fair 2015

The most illuminated fair in Poland!

Warsaw “Light  Fair 2015”, was another consecutive event with the participation of our company. Inspite of cold March days, no one in the exhibition hall complained about the low temperature – the bulbs illuminating everywhere highly warmed the air. It proves that the LEDs did not yet replace the traditional incandescent bulbs. We resigned from inflammation of the majority of the lamps in our booth, thus gaining a unique atmosphere. We decided to switch on few ENVY’s lamps only. Among them was mat gold Twiss and gold pasted Trianon. We think that they impressed the audience with its appearance and design. Read more →

Home Decor 2015 – inner decoration fair

The organization Poznań International Fair, was founded in 1921 but the event under the name Home Decor does not exist that long. When we asked the organizers, which edition of this fair do we have this year, the answers were not entirely clear and precise so we checked our notes and we found out that the first Home Decor event took place in 2006. Now we know that for the tenth time we have marked our presence in Poznan but everyone missed the 10th anniversary and nobody fired a bottle of champagne on this occasion.
Have a look to below pictures of our stands arranged in chronological order to see how we changed over the past 10 years.

This year our modern lamps attracted the visitors by interesting designs and perfect workmanship. Many questions were asked about how and from what material they had been made. Well, most of the lamps have ceramic glazed or painted bodies, manufactured and assembled by professionals with many years of experience in this field. It is worth to mention that the majority of presented table, floor and bedroom lamps belong to the ENVY collection – the brand officially represent by A-Z Decor on the Polish market.

The exposition of decorative lighting was completed by ‘woven with finesse’ metal, industrial pendant lamps coming from our second brand SCHEMA. Compared to the last year, we showed a lot of novelties. Let us only mention such models as HIGH BOY, STUDIO, ZATTELITE or ANAHITA.
As in previous years, we presented our proposals of Christmas ornaments for the next season. We were missing Christmas atmosphere but we always have to show new collections of figurines at the beginning of the year in order to give the customers opportunity to learn about the latest offers, choose the most interesting samples, and finally to give the manufacturer time enough for the production. Our Christmas ornaments owe their lightness and strength to special resin. The thin sections are reinforced, so that the figure is sufficiently resistant to potential damage. Everyone will find something for himself among many extremely carefully crafted, colorful items.

On the fingers of one hand we can calculate the representatives of European countries which missed to visited our stand. Summing up, we have the impression that the trade fair in Poznan is becoming more and more international. Such a large number of customers from abroad gives the perspective to Polish exports and perhaps also proves appreciation of our exposure.

Night in Calisia illuminated by our lamps

The outstanding jazz pianist Wlodzimierz Pawlik, whose album Night in Calisia won this year’s prestigious Grammy Award, performed with his trio at the Pałacyk Kasyno in Podkowa Leśna. Paweł Pańta played bass and Cezary Konrad played drums.

Light Fair in WARSZAWA

The three-day fair made it possible to present the latest models of modern ceramic lamps, among of them the new version of PERLA floor lamp composed of 9 white balls and snow-white conical shade. We also showed new models of ceramic night lamps.

For the first time in Poland we also showed innovative SCHEMA lamps – the brand represented by us in Central Europe. Despite the lack of fireworks probably no one passed indifferently by hanging lamps finely made of wire. It seems that the industrial pendant lamp URBAN has gained the greatest success. We offer it in the gray version in two sizes.
